Have you already seen our interactive map showing the current status of long-term follow-up (LTFU) care across Europe?
This map was developed as part of the EU-funded EU-CAYAS-NET project, where PanCare is a partner. The EU-CAYAS-NET project aims to enhance the quality of life for childhood, adolescent, and young adult (CAYA) cancer survivors. Specifically, PanCare is involved in the priority areas of late effects and long-term follow-up care. Up until now, there was no comprehensive overview of the available LTFU care in European countries.
To create this overview, a survey was conducted among healthcare professionals working in LTFU care centers across Europe. The survey gathered information about the availability and the content of LTFU care in the centers of the healthcare professionals.
Now, this important information is accessible in an interactive map. Explore the map here: https://lnkd.in/e6TTip22
