In May 2022, 300 participants from different fields addressing digital needs on Health Informatics and Digital Health (researchers, clinicians, IT- and technical experts, policy and GDPR experts, and many more) joined the dHealth 2022 Meeting. CCRI‘s Prof. Ruth Ladenstein presented on “Paediatric Oncology needs for European-scale data sharing for Research and Healthcare” in the session on the European Health Data Space. Prof. Ladenstein is leading the developement of an Implementation Strategy in PanCareSurPass, as well as heading up the clinical implementation study in Austria. AIT‘s Günter Schreier, responsible for IT aspects of the Austrian implementation of the SurPass, was the Conference Chair.
