Researchers at HULAFE have successfully given Survivorship Passports to 79 survivors during the PanCareSurPass implementation study, an achievement celebrated at a recent event and media release. HULAFE is the first hospital in Spain to include such a document into the Electronic Medical Record. PanCareSurPass was presented during the event organised on 25 October 2024 in La Fe for the third consecutive year by the Association of Mothers and Fathers of Children with Cancer of the Valencian Community (Aspanion) to discuss long-term follow-up. 150 participants attended, including survivors, relatives of survivors and health care providers.
