On 29 Feb and 01 March 2024, the project partners met in Mainz to look back at what the individual work packages have achieved since Sep 2023, when our last General Assembly took place, and to make plans for the next six months of work.
After various preparations since the start of the project, such as a pre-implementation study to investigate factors that affect the implementation of the Survivorship Passport, technical implementations and the development of country-specific Implementation Strategies, four of the six clinics have started the implementation study, with the last two to start soon.
We are happy to have made a start on the provision of Survivorship Passports!
